How long is a voucher valid?+
12 months from the date of purchase.
Can it be transferred?+
Yes — vouchers are bearer codes. Whoever has the code can redeem it.
Can it be refunded?+
Vouchers are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to anyone for the full 12 months.
